Sophia Snaidero

Director & Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Sophia Snaidero (Nee Mellino), MSpPath, B.SpHLSc, CPSP, MSPA is a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist who strives to help every person to reach their full, communicative potential. She is committed to working closely with clients and their families to achieve functional communication goals in a supportive and fun environment. Sophia completed her Bachelor of Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences at Macquarie University, followed by her Master of Speech Pathology at The University of Technology, Sydney.


Sophia has had the opportunity to work with children and adults in a range of settings such as disability day programs, community health and in private practices in Sydney. Sophia is highly experienced in providing intervention for literacy, phonological and motoric speech sound disorders, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), stuttering, early language intervention and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD). She is passionate about providing affirming therapy approaches for neurodivergent children.


She has completed further training and professional development in Sounds Write, Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) and Rapid Syllable Transition Training (ReST). Sophia continues to expand her knowledge and learning through courses and workshops. She is committed to keeping up to date with the latest evidence-based research to best inform her practice. Sophia can speak English and Italian. Outside of work, she loves to play netball and catch up with friends.

Lauren Pearce

Speech Pathologist

Lauren Pearce, MSpPath, B.SpHLSc, CPSP, MSPA is a passionate and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist and has built a strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication. She has developed a great interest in working with clients and their families in working towards individual, personal and meaningful communication goals.

Lauren has completed studies in both the Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences and the Masters of Speech and Language Pathology at Macquarie university. Lauren has had experience with a range of paediatric clients including children from preschool age to teenagers and has provided intervention for speech sound disorders, literacy, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and stuttering. Lauren has completed further training and professional development in Sounds Write.

Lauren is enthusiastic about making speech pathology both fun and functional so that clients can enjoy each session as they progress towards their communication goals. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys getting creative through baking and crafts.

Emily Diamant

Speech Pathologist

Emily Diamant, MSpPath, B.SpHLSc, CPSP, MSPA is a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist and is passionate about helping clients to communicate effectively. She enjoys working with clients and their families to make progress towards functional and meaningful communication goals.

Emily completed the Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences and the Masters of Speech and Language Pathology at Macquarie University. She has provided assessment and intervention for preschool and school-aged children in clinics, schools and the community. Through her experience, Emily has developed a strong interest in areas such as early language, literacy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD).

Emily has completed further training in The Hanen Centre’s It Takes Two To Talk® Program. She is committed to undertaking further professional development and keeps up to date with the latest research to inform evidence-based practice. Emily is passionate about making sessions enjoyable through incorporating her clients’ interests into their intervention as they progress towards their goals. Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing netball, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Kaylene Musiker

Admin Team

Kaylene’s empathetic and friendly nature, makes her a great addition to our team as an administrative assistant.

Having worked in the childcare sector for over five years, Kaylene is passionate about helping children and supporting their families to better their communication skills. Additionally, Kaylene has a wide range of experience in customer-facing and organisational roles, making her an asset to our team as administrative assistant.

Kaylene completed her a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Macquarie University in 2024. She is planning to complete her Masters in Speech and Language-Pathology and looks forward to one day, working as a children’s Speech Therapist.

In her spare time, Kaylene enjoys spending time with friends at the beach and playing with her dog.
